"Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay! "

"I don’t have breakfast, Wi-Fi is good . The staff refuse to speak English; they claim that since you are in their country, you should speak Spanish—and that they will speak English only when they are in yours. This is something I heard personally from the lobby staff. Such an attitude is unprofessional and completely unacceptable."

"Staff was professional and friendly. Check in and check out was easy, location was close to metro station. Room was very clean and regularly serviced. They had water available at all times, even sparkling water, and breakfast was delicious with many great options! If you haven’t already tried this hotel, it’s worth it!"
