"We arrived at 10:00 AM, and we were able to do early check-in. Modern hotel and clean rooms. Family-friendly. Bar/restaurant has kid's menu very convenient. We only stayed one night, but we will definitely stay again. "

"This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. It is a beautiful and modern hotel with a wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. Our first visit was a year ago during the month of October. It was a perfect visit. That is the reason we decided to come back. This time we visited Madrid at the beginning of April. We were surprised how hot the room felt. I think the AC was not on and the only option was to open a window. We were a little bit disappointed about this. There is a lot of traffic noise at night in that part of the city so having the window open was not easy. One of the main reasons we picked up this hotel was transportation from and to the airport. We were disappointed to find out that the transportation from the hotel to the airport was not free and we had to pay $5/person (we were three people). Considering the price of the hotel, this service should be included. "

"Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay! "

"I was here with my son for a soccer clinic so i did not look for shops nearby. Once the clinic was done, we took an uber to the city and that took 25-30 minutes. Restaurant service is very fast. Helpful staff "
