We stayed 5 nights. The property is new and the rooms are big. There was a separate toilet room from the bathroom. It was a pleasure to stay there. We stayed in 4 different places while we visited Japan and this place was the best. It is 5 minutes walk to Shintomicho station ( Y line) and we were given very easy instructions from the station to Minaru. It is 650m to Hatchobori station (H line). 11 mins walk to Tsukiji market. About 15 mins to the main street of Ginza. We would stay at...

We had a wonderful stay at Minmaru Osaka West. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, and their thoughtful care made our visit especially memorable. They prepared a food safety card for our family member with allergies, recommended excellent nearby restaurants, and made our child feel at home with toys and genuine attention.
The room was clean and comfortable, the room service was excellent, and the kitchen was well equipped. Of all the apartments we stayed in across Osaka,...

Lovely hotel. Very modern with beautifully furnished rooms and a stunning view from the top floor bar. Only negative was to be charged a seating fee as a paying guest, when at the bar. Understandable for people off the street, but would think this would be covered by the stay

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. All the reception staff are friendly and nice. They may not speak much English but they will try their best to communicate with you to make your stay enjoyable. We would like to appreciate Yuki, he was so lovely when we checked in, we even played a dice game with him to get free welcome drinks. Yuki always has a smile on his face each time we see him at the reception. Yuki and Onami checked us out when we are about to go back home. They are both kind enough to...

Great stay and excellent customer service. I was blown away that one of the Staff was able to speak Vietnamese and assisted me with my enquires. Quiet and safe area and only less than a five minute walk to the local train station. Loved the laundry facilities! Looking forward to coming back here when I return from Osaka.
