Excellent location and wonderful onsen which made the stay uniquely Japanese. Breakfast was superb. Room I reserved was an inside room with no view which made it feel smaller. Difficult to stay in those rooms for many days at a time. But other amenities may make it worthwhile or choose a room upgrade
Room was compact but well equipped and incredibly quiet. The staff were fantastic—kind and helpful.
Loved the location for shopping, restaurants and subway access.
A beautiful hotel with amazing and kind staff. Located right next to the metro system so easy to get around and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Will be coming back.
Fantastic base to explore Tokyo. The modern rooms (the sky tower view is worth it!), the bathhouse and rooftop bar make our Tokyo stay feel very premium.
Beautiful Hotel. Very convenient location. Excellent for getting to trains and taxis. Downstairs from the first floor has direct access to a train station without having to walk outside if it's raining. Also reception is on 9F.
Ideal location, above 3 different metro lines. Staff were friendly and helpful and fast. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the hot baths were a big plus
Nihombashi is a wonderful area and the hotel is conveniently located next by a subway. The hotel staff were amazing and the live jazz band at the bar was great!
Extremely friendly and polite staff! The room is spacious (relatively) and clean! The public bath on 9th is quite enjoyable after the activities of each day (average 20k steps). Very convient location, walkable to Ginza, Tokyo station, imperial palace, etc. Public transit is nearby as well!
A very nice hotel in an excellent location, with convenient transport connections that make exploring Tokyo easy. There are several good restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just around the corner. We actually preferred the slightly larger 7-Eleven Chiyoda Kajicho 1-chome store, which is a short walk away.
The hotel is modern, clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Daily Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall quality of the hotel and service was consistently high. We did not use public bath, and private bath is not available.
We stayed as a family of three, and although the room was comfortable and well-equipped, it felt rather small for three people, particularly with luggage. For one or two guests, it would probably be ideal.
Breakfast is not particularly vegetarian-friendly. Apparently, a vegetarian option can be arranged in advance, but we didn't try it, as the arrangements weren't especially convenient. There are other breakfast options in the surrounding area.
Overall, a very good hotel.
For my first ever visit to Tokyo, I could have not picked up a better accomodation.
Very well maintained, managed by exceptionally helpful and professional staff, ideally located in a quiet and yet central area. We will come back there next time, for sure.
