Spacious and practical for families The apartment was more spacious than expected, which made a big difference as we could comfortably open all our suitcases. The separate toilet and bathroom were very practical, and having a washer/dryer was a great convenience. The kitchen is small but functional. The location felt clean and safe, with supermarkets just across the street and nearby. A very good choice for families. Just note that checkout is at 10:00 am.

Clean room, the lobby and every where else, convenient location close to Ginza shopping district and train stations right around the corner, staffs are friendly and helpful, in room laundry definitely is a big plus for travelers. Highly recommend!

Expedia has the room at 322 sq ft but it’s more like ~200 sq ft. I booked it because of the 322 sq ft in Tokyo but it was so much smaller than that. Didn’t measure it but I’m 100% sure it’s not 322. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available. No complaints there. Overall, the room was ok and not bad. I enjoyed the convenience of its location and cleanliness of the room.

Very neat room. Very convenience with all essentials like cook-ware, cups, plates and even laundromat (wash/dry) combo. With four (4) parties needed to cover two futons. I would book again. Enter your room and elevator you’ll needed to remember your entry code (inconvenient).
