Excellent location nearby Hanada Airport, has everything surrounding areas. Grateful to have washing machine and microwave in the room which is ideal if traveling for work or longer stay in Tokyo.

They gave me warm welcome as I had stayed their branches in different towns and prepared high standards shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryer too. However fridge and washing machine weren’t functioning properly….

This is probably the best place to stay the night before departing via Haneda Airport. I especially appreciated the fact that the staff took the trouble to arrange nightwear of my size when I made the request before arrival. The kitchenette worked exactly as hoped. However during my stay the washer-dryer failed halfway giving an E94 error, which forced me to hand dry my clothes using the (admittedly excellent) Refa hairdryer. The humidity in the room also never dropped below 70% despite my turning on the aircon to dry mode for pretty much the entire stay. If the equipment were just a little better maintained it would be perfect.

Two front desk man who worked yesterday night March 13 was extremely rude, made me feel very uncomfortable. I wasn’t satisfied with their service, I was glad to check out because I didn’t want to be somewhere I wasn’t welcomed.

Condition of the property is good and it’s located close to Kamata stations on two separate lines. Free coffee amenities are provided which is normal for all hotels in Japan. Housekeeping is not daily, during our 7 nights stay only once they clean the room and bathroom. Rest all days they just provided set of new towels. At the end I asked front desk to call a oversize taxi but they told me that they can only order normal taxi so bit of disappointment for me.

Staff support was definitely lacking. I brought up an issue to the front staff only to be told that no solutions could be offered, as I insisted, I was told that the solution would be in the form of an upgrade at my cost. I inquired how much, as the issue was a large one, and was told that someone would get in touch with me regarding the issue and upgrade cost. NO ONE did!!! I stayed there for an extended period of time yet no care, no consern, no service was offered. As well, I booked and paid for ahead of time for a three double bed room, and received two double bed and a single rolling cot that gave me SEVERE BACK PAIN. I have overpaid, knowing that I had at least expected a decent service and what I paid for, but I never receive that. Will never stay there again and do not recommend.
