A+ Experience at Waldorf Astoria Berlin

From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin was exceptional. Great check-in experience, amazing room etc. The concierge was helpful with dinner recommendations/reservations and my wife enjoyed her visit to the spa. Also, this hotel is very conveniently located next to the subway, so getting around Berlin is super easy from here. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The perfect hotel

The hotel had gifts and fruit for us in our room, and a beautifully hand written card for our wedding anniversary. The bed was incredible, the view was awesome, and the room was beautiful, well appointed and so comfortable. This was our first time at a Waldorf Astoria and we’re so glad we stayed at this friendly, welcoming hotel!

The room was spotless and very comfortable. However the light switches were very difficult to understand. Instructions needed. The single face cloth was removed but not replaced. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Particularly the gentleman who greeted us at breakfast and the lady on the concierge desk.

Our favorite hotel in Berlin

The staff is super professional, very attentive and polite. We had a very comfortable room with a beautiful view on the 15th floor. Our 3rd visit and not the last :)

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was great. The only con was the train station across the street was convenient for travel but a lot of litter and loitering. I would stay at this location again as there were many more pros than cons.

The pool and spa area were absolutely beautiful except they close the pool very early in the evening which was very disappointing to me since the picture of the pool online is what made me finally decided on this. Place instead of the couple other hotels I was considering. So ya I got to look at the pool thru the window but could not go in. I was going to try and go swimming in the morning before check out but pool time just isn't that appealing first thing in the morning not to mention I already had to ask for a late check out even with our the pool visit ! Aside from that everything was beautiful and completely thought out and the staff was lovely especially the front desk young lady that checked us in. I would highly recommend giving this place a look

We were delighted to have an opportunity to stay here, as it is so close to the zoo and convenient stores within around 10-minute walk, which added good experiences to our trip. Additionally, hotel members of staff were kind more than enough to support us.
