"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and housekeeping of a high standard - had everything we needed. Great bathroom! The room was quite warm at times and we couldn’t get the aircon to work. The rooms are also on the smaller side, but it was functional for us. Our second time staying here and would stay again :)"

However, one of the days I had to beg them to clean my room, literally and repeatedly(!): I went out at noon and asked the reception to get my room cleaned when I'm out, "Sure, we clean at 2 PM so no problem".
