"Nice location to explore Berlin. Good food outlets nearby including a small supermarket. Hotel is generally good, carpets are dirty and stained on floors and rooms. Tea and coffee facilities are lacking at times as room service will leave very short supplies eg sugar and milk and then when you go and ask reception downstairs they will give you what they have often short on sugar and milk even with them. Room we stayed in was dusty and it is evident cleaning is not to an acceptable international standard however I was not too fussed to complain as we were out throughout the day till the late evening when we returned to rest. For a hotel there are areas that require significant improvements to enhance customer experience however we enjoyed Berlin."

"All staff were very helpful. Sven recommended great restaurants. The spa treatment was great, my feet are smooth days after a pedicure. The indoor pool area on roof has a very nice jacuzzi and terrace."

"Very close to the bus and train station. Restaurant in the lobby is very convenient and rooms were very clean."

"Ask for quiet room if you’re a light sleeper, Germany’s sirens seem amplified to the rest of the world 😂 Rooms were in great condition, aircon worked perfectly for hot or cold (it was unseasonably warm outside). Staff were absolutely superb! My hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Everyone always so friendly and engaging with guests when walking passed. Breakfast was plentiful, well topped up and constantly flowing of dishes. Nothing ran out during a very busy period. "

"hotel was amazing , clean and the staff were all really friendly. us English aren't prepared for the German sauna rules (no swimwear allowed) but we embraced it and enjoyed the facilities. highly recommend and will stay again if ever back in berlin. Very well stocked bar"

"This is a great hotel. We’ll position near Berlin Zoo, with many shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. The U and S bahn are with minutes walk. Hotel was clean quiet, and very well presented. Didn’t use most of the facilities, but would definitely stay again. "
