"We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a couple issues during our (5 day) stay. The vacationers/tenant’s children above the unit were awake between 6-7am daily running around and stomping. Didn’t expect that during our vacation. Also, the next morning after arriving we got up to make coffee. There was a roach running across the breakfast bar. That was the one and only sighting during our 5 day stay (not sure how long the unit was empty prior). We were surprised when reading the information folder to see that roaches were an issue. There was a chair in the living room area that was damaged prior to our stay but, well masked. It has a long tear but covered by a large pillow. Our key card to enter the gate stopped working the same night we arrived. I went to the front desk and was told it had expired which, didn’t make sense for it to expire the same day I arrived. The living room area is very small but dining room table seated 6. The balcony is facing the woods but, we did see a raccoon eating from the palm tree one morning. Lol The condo was very accommodating with dishes and condiments for our stay. Right out front of the building there is a playground if you have kids, a grill and covered picnic area. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves."

Mark our host, is very quick to help to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. Late one night we lost our key and he sent Cris to help us replace the door key in an hour, this on a late Saturday night no less. Unbelievable professionalism ! We enjoyed our 2 week stay and can't say enough good things about this all around award winning VRBO condo!!"

"Overall the place layout was perfect, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, nice pool, home fully furnished including the kitchen and laundry room. This home met our traveling needs and privacy. We will definitely consider staying on this rental property on our next trip to Florida."
