"The coffee maker did not work, the tub’s faucet constantly leaked all night long. There was blood on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t know if I was walking on a crime scene, or a woman’s worse day. For breakfast I was one of the first people there. I felt like a child who had snuck out of bed and asked for a glass of water the way the staff treated me . I was scared to grab a muffin or some coffee. Everytime I grabbed something the staff was looking at me like I was in some sort of trouble . ...
"The rooms were pretty nice, especially considering the price. Awesome location. It's in the quiet, more residential side of the French quarter and only three blocks from Frenchmen street, so it was great place to catch some r&r while close enough to walk anywhere. Only two blocks from the riverside streetcar station, the jazz museum, and the French market. Comfy beds. Nice, helpful staff. The pool was a bit too funky for my taste, which is too bad because the courtyard seating looked like a nice...
