"Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort."

"This boutique hotel is more than awesome. It has a genuine feel of being in a private home. Jonelle (the property manager, host, coordinator etc) could not have possibly been more accommodating, friendly and overall full of life and was just pure excellence. His assistant, (sorry I don't know his name) was also amazing. The property is very beautiful and unique and we highly recommend it."

"The property is beautiful and massive. The pools are spotless and our room was among the best I’ve stayed in. The staff was professional and friendly. We were in the preferred section but only heard from our butler once-no biggie. We didn’t need him. The food was adequate-typical of resorts. We were there in early May and it was quiet so only a few restaurants were open each night. It was fine. The biggest disappointment was the beach. There were mounds of seaweed two feet high by the shoreline and a good six feet into the sea. That meant there were no water sports, no swimming, and essentially no beach action. We are beach and ocean people. Had I been notified that the beach was not accessible I would have chosen another resort. I suppose that’s why it’s not mentioned anywhere. The beach area was small to begin with. If you want a beach vacation, Dreams Cap Cana is not your resort. Another detail that can be easily fixed: We were woken up every morning by the landscape and maintenance staff who spoke very loudly to each other. Like screaming to each other across a field. Not at 7:00 AM, thank you! Not a deal breaker per se, but management should know about it."

"The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. It was not busy so that helped . One nice thing was the booze was all top shelf Overall a very nice resort just not happy with good situation"

"Had an awesome experience at this stay and owner was very good with communication and walking us in the check-in process. Location is A and loved the unit. Very spacious living room with space to host a dinner party if you want to! Definitely coming back soon and hopefully this unit is available. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this unit. Everything is walking distance and breakfast at Granier is best!"
