"Room was clean. Air-conditioning was reported by me several times and I was given promise of repairs but it never happened. Un comfortable sleeping. Saying that we enjoyed the swim out pool. Maid service and beverage supplies were excellent. Room service was the best food and service we have every had at an All-inclusive. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Our Butler Jorge did a super great job making our reservation stress-free. Thank you "

"The RESORT was great, overall. Very well maintained, and exceptionally clean grounds. The Jr. Suite was big and everything was clean and refreshed by housekeeping each day. We enjoyed the Pool Bar each day and was entertained by Ismael, our bartender. Great drinks, fabulous atmosphere. Our Butler, Alfaro, attended to our needs and was quick to make things happen. The only disappointment was the food. It was mainly pretty bland, with the exception being 9 Doors Restaurant which was very good."

"Everything stood out! Resort staff were amazing from the restaurants to the pool staff, to the agent from Expedia! The second time we went to the Spa, one of the ladies was rude, so we left. But i refuse to let her character change the rating for everyone else. I would def come back "
