Resort was beautiful, they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom which was great for our family traveling with small baby. The food was excellent, and resort was quiet. Entertainment was in the evening and a great place for families with small kids. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Jose and his team was great- they loved our daughter like she was their own. Maria our butler was fantastic as well and very helpful. Only thing that was hard was taking shuttle to the beach with small child. But beach is very nice just not convenient for us.

The property is very clean and on the smaller side, which made it feel cozy and easy to get around. The staff were extremely kind and professional. The all-inclusive buffet was okay overall — the seafood was great, but some of the other food options could definitely be better. We really loved the Italian restaurant, Bambino. There are also a few restaurants on the resort that you can pay for separately, and they’re worth it. Dolce Italia was amazing — great food, excellent desserts, and really good coffee.

The room they gave me very big like an apartment beautiful with all marble fllors, balcony looking right over marina beautiful view. Pool very nice. Very quiet in room and generally cam environment. Pool not crowded. Room service part of all inclusive.Personal concierge, Maria De Leaon, very helpful and friendly also she has great english. She kept in touch every day through Whats App. Everything clean and food great. Amazing value for price.

Staff and amenities. I sat in the dining area over an hour and no one wanted to serve me. Then when they finally came with the food, the order was missing the mash potatoes and the food was cold and the plate hot. Which simply means they tried to microwave the food.

Our room was still under construction - dust everywhere, curtains not installed, cupboards missing handles, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no bathroom fan, toilet didn't flush well, bathroom door locks didn't work. With that said - we had a rough start, but the owner treated our whole family to hydrotherapy at the spa. They did a deep clean, and we were able to be upgraded to a better room after our 2nd night. That room still had some issues - one of the showers leaked everywhere, but it was MUCH better! The communication in general and food/service weren't the best, but they seem like they're trying to make improvements. The whole resort is fairly quiet. The location is on the marina/bay - short walk to the ocean. The best swimmable beach is a short shuttle ride. The excursion through LONGITUDE TOURS was THE BEST PART!
