Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

The staff was amazing with welcoming and during my two day stay. I will say the property seems to be out dated and need a lot of TLC with that I was able to over look it because it was only two days and the staff made my stay so great!

The property staff/servers were excellent and made you feel at home. The food every time was on point. Although, had some issues during my stay the management team worked hard to fix the issues. The property landscaping was in fantastic repair and always maintained its beauty. Entertainment was fun as well as the beach access to and from the hotel. I definitely will be back when I’m back in Punta Cana.

One of the only things I didnt like was there was no direct access to a beach without relying on transport. I would have liked to take a walk to the beach and walk back to resort. Other than that, the staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. My room was incredibly with an impeccable view of the marina. Room was constantly cleaned and always smelled amazing. My bartenders were great, so also my servers at The Bullpen. Would definitely visit again. It was my first time in DR, and I know what to expect for next time.

Not many guests were there and many restaurants were closed. Only one or two options are available and tough to stay for long. Beach was far, 10 minutes by bus, but it was nice. Staff were overall friendly. I wish it would be nicer if more guests stay there.

Seemed a little off with how they handle check ins etc. we waited too long to get checked in. Only option for food was too limited. Not much to do overall but if you want a quiet it’s the perfect place. Be prepared to walk. It’s a huge place!
