We returned to Sanctuary Cap Cana after nine years. While there have been many changes, the customer service and friendliness of the staff remain top-tier. Our room was modern and well-appointed. Because we visited during low occupancy, some restaurants were not open every night, but the overall food quality was good. A few staff members truly made our stay: Christy at the pool bar was always upbeat and welcoming, and Levis, our waiter at various resort restaurants, provided excellent food and drink recommendations every night. While the beach was unavailable due to the seaweed affecting the Caribbean, the hotel grounds and the three pools were pristine.

The food and service were amazing . We had the swim out Castle Junior Suite . AMAZING . No need to leave your room . Our Butler EMILIO went out of his way to make my husband’s 60th’s birthday special. Best Butler ever. The down side was this was not an all inclusive package. There were extras that you had to pay for . Extra charge for food and drinks .There was a $10.00 for charge for room service, The Castle and the resort was amazing . Different types of rooms . AMAZING

I had a great time overall and really enjoyed my stay. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. The only downside was that some restaurants and items, such as the ice cream shop, required an additional charge, and a few restaurants were not included in the all inclusive package. It would also be nice if there were more evening entertainment options, as the nighttime activities felt a bit limited. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend this resort.

Amazing place to stay! From the beautiful landscapes, rooms were fantastic, pools and beach were great too. The food, drinks and service was first class, the staff really takes care of you.

Our stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana was absolutely unforgettable. This resort is a true paradise, offering the perfect combination of luxury, tranquility, and impeccable cleanliness. An amazing hotel with beautiful architecture and beach. We totally enjoyed our 5-day vacation here. The castle is magnificent with large guest rooms and balconies!

Second time here and it’s still as amazing as ever. Service, cleanliness and food are top notch! Resort is a bit older than other resorts around and could use some updating but they keep everything extremely clean. I do wish Sanctuary Town was still part of the all inclusive package but unfortunately it’s not. Pools are great and the restaurant Wok is a must! We can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect! We had a suite in the castle and it was absolutely breathtaking. The views, the staff were incredible, and the food was better than we had expected. Great place, we will stay again!
