"This was our second time visiting this resort. We enjoyed it so much our first time that we decided to return. Unfortunately our return visit wasn't as memorable. Lack of activities, no music be the pool, food was good but most of the time a miss. There wasn't any communication from the staff to make our stay more enjoyable. If it wasn't for the guests that we meet and made friends with it would have been a very boring experience. We had power issues with our room and management didn't do anything to make it right. The hospitality wasn't as friendly as previous."

"As soon as we arrived the hotel tried to upsell us on our already booked swim up room by telling us the room wasn't ready passed check out. Then they assigned us our own concerige who acknowledged we were celebrating our 5yr anniversary and promised us all things, which never came. Guest services rarely picks up. I had to walk to guest services to complain that our room wasn't being cleaned even though I had called several times. An item of clothes were stolen from our pool. The food at the steakhouse, pool bar, beach bar and French restaurant outstanding. The service of the wait staff was lovely. There is a huge language barrier. The service is highly inconsistent. Our swim pool was not cleaned till I complained. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel and it was expensive."

"I would highly recommend this resort. I felt that you got a lot of bang for your buck. The rooms were the best I have ever stayed at. They were large and clean and had many extras in it. The resort staff was great, especially our Butler Fabio! The food was good with many options. One of the best things we like was that the resort did not seem over crowded. There were plenty of beach/pool chairs for us to sit and we never had to wait for a table at one of the restaurants. We will definitely be back."

"Beach is useless and stinky(From so much sargassum). Pools are dirty. Food is mediocre at best(Mandela was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant). Balcony ceiling crumbled from weather. Entertainment was equivalent to a local talent show. Quick changes on what food is available and when made it hard to plan ahead. Preferred pool changed location during stay(Seemed weird). I would like to shout out the employees at the Italian restaurant, very pleasant experience and good food. Overall though, very underwhelming experience and nowhere close to a 5 star hotel and wouldn’t spend the money or time to come here again."

"Gorgeous, impressive and beautiful hotel! People were excellent, very fun entertainment, food was delicious, beautiful views and amazing in every way! The rooms are not very modern, my outlets were not functional, I had to charge my phone at the lobby every day, beds were small and squished together, bathrooms were small and very simple, not much of privacy in the bathrooms in the sense that it was just a piece of open glass on the shower, the layout of the rooms wasn’t pretty but it was okay to handle. However, I would still recommend it, and I will definitely come back!! Very worth it 🙌"
