Property is very clean all round, even the poolside bathrooms (rare!). Bar staff are brilliant, didn’t queue for a drink one for the full 10 days, and table/lounger service was great. (Special mention to Nancy in the sports bar, always so happy and works so hard!) Restaraunt staff are very attentive, food is an 8 (6/10 for vegetarians, more options needed!) but there’s always something, even if it’s the same as the previous 3 days… Bar & food truck on the white-sand beach is an unreal combination. Rooms are spacious, and clean as mentioned, the extra for the jacuzzi was well worth it.

Stayed in room 4238, Oceanfront Jacuzzi suite. Balcony was private enough to feel comfortable, jacuzzi tub filled in a reasonable amount of time and there was plenty of hot water. Food for the most part was good, but anything hamburger related you have to ask for well done otherwise the beef is still pink. Entertainment staff did a good job keeping the guest entertained. We definitely had more fun on the All Suite side though. The pool was more lively, and there was music almost all day.

Great stay! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for my family and I! Special thanks to Peluche and Super Felix they were great! Definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful property, helpful staff, easy access to all amenities, everything was wonderful, downfall was there are a bit mosquitoes, bug spray, definitely helps!
