We have been waiting to go to Hyatt Ziva for almost a year now, and finally it came through. We went as a family and everything went as expected. The food was great, even though I mostly ate at the buffet. The staff was great, helpful in every way. We did the club access so there were different benefits that came with that. Top shelf drinks, club lounge and separate pool etc. The water in the pools were pretty warm and also the beach. There was a bit of seaweed but nothing over the top. Our room was decent, our fridge was always stocked. Entertainment during the day for kids were fun and at night just the same. Overall we had a great time, and would definitely return but probably upgrade to a 1bdrm or better.

Here is your sign to BOOK THIS HOTEL, trust me! The staff is by far the BEST staff I have ever encountered at any all inclusive we have traveled too. Every single staff member went out of their way to say hello and make you feel special! The food was delicious and plentiful, truly something for everyone. The room was spacious and spotless, the resort felt homey and comfortable. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The waterpark was fun for all ages! Request JUAN as your butler, he is exceptional. He took care of my families every need and was so kind and gracious. He made our daughter’s 5th birthday one she will never forget. Visit FREDDY at the pool area, you’ll never go thirsty he was exceptional and BOOK THE FAMILY photos with FELIX, you’ll thank me later! All in all it was the best trip we have taken, so much so that we booked a trip there next year before we even left the resort. BOOK THE RESORT

The property and experience was amazing. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that we did not get the room category we wanted. We understand that these things occasionally happen but we were not dealt with honestly and communication about a room change took a full day during which we were unable to settle. Otherwise this place is a 10-star resort!
