"HVAC did not work. Woke up sweating. When someone above us flushed a toilet, it sounded like a construction crew was jackhammering in the walls for about 20 seconds all throughout the night. Staff would not compensate us for failing to deliver the one service you'd expect from a hotel, a decent night's sleep. For the price we paid, we were very disappointed. "

"Laundry room available. Suite with fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom is odd with a tub and separate shower. Would stay again, it’s a nice place to stay for a night or two while seeing the town"

"The cleaning staff were amazing, but the check in staff were not up to the task. They had limited knowledge of the area, had to find my own parking due to height limit and no other parking to offer. They couldn’t direct me to a lot so I was on my own for that. The thermostat in the room wouldn’t allow me to not burn up in our room, so I had to open the balcony door and try to sleep through horn honking and sirens well into the night. I will not stay at this hotel again. And if I had it to do over, I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. One thing to note: if you do require parking, recognize that the garage fills early and it may be closed if you're out and about late at night. We had to park on the street in the early afternoon because the garage was full, but there were two spots available when we came back later in the evening. It's also very tight, so plan your vehicle size accordingly. "

"For the price didn’t get much perks by booking through Expedia may reconsider booking directly through the hotel going forward. Vouchers really help and we didn’t get any. Otherwise hotel was clean and comfortable."
