The room was not clean - lots of mysterious stains on the cushions and furniture. The floors hadn’t been hoovered properly and we were missing some of the essentials, which we had to call down for.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to all the lovely coffee shops Bristol has to offer. The shopping centre is a short walk away and lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel breakfast is lovely, with a reasonable variety of options. Thank you for a lovely stay - I would be back again!

Perfect location and nice room. Facilities like the bar were great and in great walking distance to shops & public transport

The property has no elevator to certain rooms and they never tell you this while checking in. There is no bell service either, so good luck carrying heavy bags to you room via the staircase.

Great central location. Corridors are a bit of a maze but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A nice hotel. Maybe a bit on the ‘corporate’ side of things, but certainly not a criticism. Great location and within a 5 minute walk of most things .

The air-con turns off at midnight automatically. You have to turn back on manually (if you are awake at that time). I woke up at 1.30am sweating and too hot. Took an hour for the room to cool down again. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for that reason. When I checked out at 8am, I noticed there was a very long and slow-moving queue for breakfast.

Excellent hotel
Had a lovely 2 night stay. Right in the centre for everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff, lovely tidy room. My only negative is that the bed was too firm for us but that is just our preference. Overall Fantastic hotel. Will definitely be back x

Great stay - recommended!
Great stay. Very central location, super convenient. Staff is nice enough. Great to be able to store luggage. Comfortable bed. Clean and lovely bathroom. Didn’t try the food. Hotel is very spread out so you might need to walk a few minutes to your room but that’s a very small downside.

The hotel was really lovely. Felt clean, fresh and new. Rooms were comfortable and nice attention to detail. Fabulous shower too! Highly recommend a stay here. Very central and convenient location.

Completely clean, comfortable...welcoming staff..We just loved it! Walking through the neighborhood was interesting with amazing coffee shops within minutes and a most excellent Creperie on the same block.
