"The room was spacious and located right by the beach. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel team makes a great effort every day to remove the blue-green algae from the beach. Swimming is possible, although the water remained slightly brownish throughout our stay due to the algae. Guests can also use kayaks and stand-up paddleboards free of charge. The resort is quite remote, with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Without a rental car, you may feel rather isolated."

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"Three couples shared the house for five nights in May, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is and the amazing view from the patio. The sea is right there, although the beach is solid rock and is not suitable for sunbathing or swimming. It was beautiful to look at while enjoying the pool and patio, though. I wasn’t sure how it would be to have the housekeeper there most of the day each day, but Dominga was sweet and helpful with calling cabs and questions about the house and she stayed out of our way as much as possible by cleaning parts of the house we weren’t in. It was actually very nice to have everything kept so clean and fresh towels, etc. every day.The development was quiet and safe. They have very good front gate security. There were a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance, and dolphin pools and a marina to see along the way. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The kitchen is large and very well equipped for pots and pans, serving ware and glasses. Very few pantry items, though. There is a big grocery store 100 pesos’ taxi ride away.The pool was kept very clean, a nice temperature and was a pleasure for all of us. There were small things here and there that could use the attention of a handyman (some faucets, toilet paper holders, repainting) but these were small issues that did not affect us unduly."
