"Definitely liked and enjoyed the rooms in Oaxaca. Very spacious fitted all 5 of us. Staff were mostly friendly with the exception of reception desk. It did not feel welcoming during the check in and check out process. Food was great at the hacienda buffet. Reservation for the restaurants were bit hard to come by but food was great. There was a lack of entertainment and if there were some you would have to catch a shuttle to the different hotel. However all experience it was an enjoyable one. Definitely a family resort for a more relaxing vibe."

"Great stay for the money. It’s on the harbor side but there’s public beach access within walking distance. The hotel provides free bikes if walking isn’t your thing. Rooms are clean and have a typical hotel layout. The patio is equipped with a hammock and a beach lounger. There’s a small pool to cool off in. There’s a small bridge across the edge of the lagoon that forms a pool inside the property with fish. The restaurant is everything waffles (even a burger waffle). Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! Food has chef vibes! I recommend renting a golf cart for shopping and access to more restaurants. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Coconut bar is about 1/4 mile away. Cheers!"

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."
