"Anything you needed to know most of the staff no matter where you went had info to help you out. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. The services were on point. Excursions were amazing thanks to the great tour guides. The beach and the beach near by was clean and beautiful. Family friendly. My room was newly renovated and modern it was a beautiful room with a great view. Close to activities outside the ressort. It’s on a gated community so you feel very safe going around. I came here as a solo traveler and didn’t feel lonely at all. 10/10 for me."

"Very clean resort with many things to do. Room was very nice and air-conditioning worked great. We were upgraded to a bigger room for some reason I am not aware of but I did not complain. I always need a cool/cold room when sleeping and this definitely fit the bill. Deck was also nice too and was quite big. Restaurants were nice and clean. You definitely need to book all the restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly. The booking website could use some better work as it was hard to cancel and change reservations. Pools were nice and cleaned every morning. Beach was maintained as best as possible every morning given the bad seaweed season. The beach is not the best but you can snorkel and see many fish. On some days, there was no seaweed at all. Staff is very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Bars were plentiful with a lot of seating. We didn't upgrade to the privileged status, but the selection was okay. Nightly shows were great and entertaining. Be sure to show up early. All in all in was a great resort. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been to over 30+ all-inclusive resorts throughout Central America and this was by no means in the bottom half of lower 75%. The only negative is how far it is from the airport; its about an hours drive from Cancun/airport. So if you are booking any excursions that are in Cancun or leave from Cancun, be prepared to spend at least an hour or 2 in the car."

"We were a party of 7 and could have easily and comfortably fit another 5 adults. The house is EXACTLY as pictured and has a good location off of the main boulevard. The beds were comfy and the rooms were fairly large with ample storage for all your clothes and belongings. Beach towels and shower towels were provided daily from the housekeepers, who were super friendly. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were located in each bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with several utensils, plates, cups, 2 coffee makers, and pots and pans for cooking. Scott was easily the best host we have ever experienced. He was quick to communicate and was able to come over almost immediately when we had concerns. We would absolutely stay here again. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back as soon as possible."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Aventuras. The house was spacious, very clean, and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things about staying in Puerto Aventuras is the location itself. The community feels very safe and offers plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences, so there’s really no need to leave the complex if you don’t want to. The home features a beautiful backyard with a great pool, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. Overall, this was an excellent property, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Aventuras."

"Three couples shared the house for five nights in May, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is and the amazing view from the patio. The sea is right there, although the beach is solid rock and is not suitable for sunbathing or swimming. It was beautiful to look at while enjoying the pool and patio, though. I wasn’t sure how it would be to have the housekeeper there most of the day each day, but Dominga was sweet and helpful with calling cabs and questions about the house and she stayed out of our way as much as possible by cleaning parts of the house we weren’t in. It was actually very nice to have everything kept so clean and fresh towels, etc. every day.The development was quiet and safe. They have very good front gate security. There were a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance, and dolphin pools and a marina to see along the way. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The kitchen is large and very well equipped for pots and pans, serving ware and glasses. Very few pantry items, though. There is a big grocery store 100 pesos’ taxi ride away.The pool was kept very clean, a nice temperature and was a pleasure for all of us. There were small things here and there that could use the attention of a handyman (some faucets, toilet paper holders, repainting) but these were small issues that did not affect us unduly."
