As a travel agent loved the front desk staff , but as soon as i entered the restaurant there was no friendly greeting. For 15 minutes i was looked at but not asked anything and offered no suggestions. The item I wanted was unavailable. Front desk staff helped me.

I did not like this property , there was no running water for the days days I stayed there , breakfast was also not great we were told there would be a variety of food and we were served only eggs and watermelon , I found blood in my sheets and hair dirty and horrible place , I asked for a refund and I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done front desk said “ I’m not authorized to give reimbursement” horrible experience and very unprofessional

Cross fingers to have water on your stay

The property did not have water my whole stay and even they knew about it when I did the check in, I wasn't informed. I contacted Hotels.com during my stay and told them about the situation and they said they will reach out to the property in order to have a refund. Until this day the hotel didn't answer the calls or reply to any email. I asked Hotels.com about the refund and they didn't want to help because "the property didn't answer the calls or emails". I needed to escalate the situation to upper management to get inly a partial refund. Terrible experience from both sides.

The room was more than i expected very large and comfortable. There was no access to the rooms from anywhere but the lobby and parking was far so if I needed something from my vehicle I had to walk a fair quarter mile.

Perfect for a family of 5. Location to Xcaret Xplor was amazing only 8 mins away. Other scarred park weren’t far. Friendly staff love how quiet it was.

If your going to visit xcaret parks location is perfect!! main plaza for shopping 15 min in a vehicle !! …. Breakfast starts at 8 am . Pet friendly !

Beautiful property but need more maintenance. My room smell like mold the AC unit was driping water along the wall inside the room and bathroom was dirty and smelling. The front desk lady (night shift) was amazing she tried to help as much as she could. Anything broken she tried to fix it. Definitely great service.
