Let’s say 3.5. Outdoor space was fantastic. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Con- no coffee maker in room or lobby for that matter. No cold water one morning. Wanted to call front desk and even if phone was on desk, there was no Jack to plug it in. So much for 911. We appreciated water bottles, Apple and banana when we arrived but they were not replaced for the rest of the stay. Hats off to dj by the pool. Choice of music was fantastic.

My husband and I have been going to PA for well over a decade now - a couple of times a year and we just love it. It’s a little gem of a Spot. We already booked our trip to go back to this hotel in February with a group of friends. We had the best time and the staff was so attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back soon.

The grounds are beautiful.The room was spacious but lacked a microwave or coffee maker. When we requested a coffee maker, we were told that they weren't provided and room service was not available. However, house keeping and wait staff were always friendly and accommodating. During a downpour there were no umbrellas available for us to borrow from the front desk. We were left with a bit of our sour note when we asked for our friends to visit who were staying nearby and we were told they would each have to pay a large fee. We were hoping to get a group rate as there were 10 of us but we were told the rates were as is. The hotel stood out as not accommodating and trying to be exclusive which in turn isolated it from more business. It was unfortunate that our friends could not join us so we joined them. The area offers so much to do that we enjoyed the local restaurants, shops, and pubs. The Oxo across from the hotel was a bonus as well.

What a beautiful beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The beach bar is nice and the staff is very attentive. The dolphin marina is right across from the hotel. It is surrounded by many good restaurants and live music every night.
