An excellent stay at the Manhattan I have stayed here before and always enjoyed my stay an excellent breakfast as well very close to all amenities and really close to the train station nice touch with tea and coffee in the room with on suite as well I would definitely recommend this b&b.

Hidden Gem
Stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival the landlords were more than accommodating, helped us in with luggage and really made us welcome . The room although compact was extremely clean and homely and had everything we needed including hot chocolate and biccys. Breakfast was amazing and accomodated both a veggie and bariatric. Lovely clean food and plenty of it. One of the landlords is an artist and his art is so beautiful, stunning landscapes , These are all tastefully displayed in the breakfast room, please take time to look..Just had to purchase one. Cannot recommend this little gem enough. Expectations exceeded thank you

Chilled out in Blackpool.
The Manhattan is located in a street, only a few minutes walk from the beach and near the centre of town. The footfall from holidaymakers is light however, so it is pleasantly quiet during the day and at night. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and professional in all they did. Parking nearby (2 minute walk to a safe, cctv monitored site) is very reasonably priced when you purchase your tickets from the establishment you are staying at, rather than at the car park itself. My room was clean, comfortable, with a toilet/shower ensuite and had everything I needed for a nice relaxing stay. Breakfast was generous and tastily cooked. If the sights and sounds of Blackpool is what you are there for, ( I was there for my wife's nephew's 40th birthday party) the Manhattans location is perfect. The Tower is a few minutes walk away and the Pleasure Beach maybe a brisk fifteen minutes walk, although the tram service along the promenade is frequent, comfortable and reasonably priced. There are good restaurants and fast food outlets that cater for every taste and ethnic culinary preference. When I am next in Blackpool, the Manhattan will be my 'go to' place, if a room is available.

Very welcoming and friendly couple. The room was clean, tidy and well stocked. The breakfast was exceptoinal. The only downside was that the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe especially late in the evening.

Highly recommended
Friendly service, excellent full English breakfast. Car parking opposite or in carpark close by for £5 a day (discounted). Would definitively recommend and will be back next year!

The Manhattan a great place to stay.
Both Ian and Kevin could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely and clean and lots of little extras in the room. Because of the extreme hot weather the room was very very hot but this could not be helped. The breakfast was amazing, so all in all a brilliant place to stay.

Had a amazing weeked will definitely stay again .lovely Gentleman nothing to much trouble lots of little extras that i wasnt expecting for example mini fridge with fresh milk and water . Hairdryer , fan in the room dressing robes . Iron and ironing board on the landing . Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Room lovely and clean all in all lovely place to stay lovely people thankyou 💕

A Little Gem
We came into Blackpool north Train station and went to Funny Girls both were only a short walk away! This 9 bedrooms B&B was spotlessly clean breakfast was excellent.. Ian & Kevin could not have been more helpful would recommend.

The owners were very courteous and hospitable.My room was airy and clean.The breakfast was cooked to order and tasted delicious.The location was ideal for the sea front and amenities.I would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Balckpool weekend
Really friendly owners and within easy walking distance of all the sights. Parking was just across the road but all ok. Needs to be pre-booked. Very confortable rooms for a good priced B & B.

We had a fabulous stay at the Manhattan. Upon arrival we were greeted straight away with a warm arrival. Parking was opposite the b & b which was very handy. We got upgraded to the top floor room (8) as we were the only tourists staying. It was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the little touches that were in place we excellent. From the stick of rock to the light sensor in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, a full English and Krave breakfast cereal - loved it! We will definitely be stay here on our next visit!

Short 15 mins walk to major attractions. Warm and friendly hosts who are active to cater to the needs. Breakfast is good and full portion. Hosts are caring and even prepare breakfast bags when we miss the breakfast due to very early departure.

Who needs 5 star hotels when you have this. Ian and Kevin are wonderful hosts and run a fantastic place, it's home away from home. The moment we arrived on a rainy night, Ian was out there to help and bought a brolly with him. Wonderful gesture, Kevin checked us in and immediately arranged our next day events. The breakfast we had was out of this world - nourishing and fresh. All in all I would highly recommend this place. Hilton eat your hearts out and take a leaf out of this place for service and hospitality.

Liked the fact the hotel was tucked away from the hustle of the main promenade which meant this was a quiet location. Very nice staff and extremely welcoming. Breakfast was amazing! The only slight downside is that the room was a lot smaller than expected after seeing images, however still very comfortable and a lovely stay. Would definately recommend!

Amazing stay!!!
I travel a lot with my wife, and this is the best stay yet! This place doesn’t feel like a hotel. It feels like home. We stayed for 5 nights and no single issue with anything. Amazing staff, service, very cozy like at home. And especially the breakfast, it is even better than cooked at home. They cook fresh breakfast every day for you. And it is a full English breakfast.

This is a fabulous B&B and my friend and I were really happy with our stay. Kevin and Ian are super welcoming, friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great - really tasty, well cooked and a decent portion! Room including ensuite was really clean, and the beds were comfortable, the only slight downside was the ensuite which was pretty snug! It's in walking distance of everything, only a few minutes from north pier and the tower yet it's set back enough so that it's nice and quiet. Overall a fabulous place which I would thoroughly recommend.

The most welcoming people you could wish to meet.
Kevin and Ian are the best hoteliers I have met. Tastefully furnished accommodation with no fuss at check in. The hotel had the feel of respect so don't expect petty arguments going off next door. First time at this hotel with two boys 15 and 13. Will be back if only for the breakfast which is lovely.

Great Comfortable, Clean Hotel.
This hotel was booked for a colleague who was meeting me for business. This person will be visiting regularly and I was looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel, near the Train Station. The feedback i got was excellent. The only improvements could be having a slightly more flexible time for Breakfast 9am is too late for Business and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms rather than just in the main area.
