Didn’t like stairs but there’s lift. Will try ground floor next time. Lovely stay ,will go again Didn’t like the tiny car park . Not enough spaces for big hotel

This hotel was excellent! The Hebden suite is huge with great views. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. It was a bargain for the one night with bed and breakfast. I highly recommended this hotel and we will return.

We only spent the night and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We did catch some entertainment which was great, staff all lovely and friendly. Had a good sleep and the water pressure in the shower was amazing, better than we have at home. We will be back to take advantage of one of the many deals on offer :)

Liked everything allowing for the weather!.Blanket, fire all in the cupboard along with a fan!.Hot chocolatehas well has the usual tea and coffee's!.we will be back!.

We received an upgrade on arrival which was most appreciated as it gave us more room. The room had been renovated, however the water pressure in the bathroom was very slow. Breakfast was pretty good on the whole, did not have evening meals so cannot comment on how good that is.

Was a beautiful property. Facing the sea, with a great sunset. We had a family room on the 3rd floor, there is 2 lifts. The room was stunning. The staff were lovely. Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable room 103. But be aware there is no view out of the window and your above the entertainment area, so not suitable for children needing to sleep early.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel and it was brilliant. We couldn't rate it highly enough. A beautiful building with lovely large clean rooms. We had the breakfast too and that was delicious. We'll be back in the future!

Great anniversary escape
Friendly helpful staff. Very accommodating. Lovely suite. Tasty breakfast. Very reminiscent of all seaside resort hotels in England. Beautiful view.

Hotel very high standards Was in room 203e booked single got double room . Spotless what I would say. If you are of big build room may not be suitable due to position of toilet ie not much space between shower can burn yourself on towel rail I would not hesitate to book again as price paid was bargain. Breakfast option looked great value for additional £8

In general average experience, friendly staff, lovely and bubbly guy at the bar, not bad breakfast but lots of hair on the bed, shower would need some scrubbing, shelve with tea and coffee facilities not wiped after previous guest.

As all Blackpool hotels it needs a fair few quid spending on it but apart from that it’s ok,not sure about the “Suite” status rooms we had the Hebden Suite,which was plant spacious but again needs money spending on and let’s just say the bathroom was strait from the 70’s which really let it down,window latches barely in the wood and the carpet was well worn,we had free breakfast included in our booking but were asked twice at breakfast to basically prove it now this may have been a clerical error but was embarrassing to say the least Apart from that and all said we had a nice 3 night and would stay again but like I’ve stated the hotel needs bringing into 2024
