"My only comment would be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. In the unusual heat we have been having. The heat hit you when entering the room as opposed to the other way round. Apart from that I would put the Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa in the best top 3 Hotels I've stayed at in this country. I would rate it's location food and standard of accommodation and facilities as excellent. Thank for a great stay. "

"Accessible room, excellent as usual, Bed comfortable and room “serviced “ daily. Breakfast very varied choices catering for differing requirements. Coffee machines offering a full range of Coffees. Ample varied tea bags , sugars and sweeteners. Cereal dispenser and pots of porridge and individually wrapped Weetabix - plenty of Marmite 😁 and jams in individual portions and of course the lovely Kate and staff always attentive and clearing tables and restocking. 3 rd visit this year for us!"

"I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, and the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable; I had the best night's sleep. The view was spectacular, offering a perfect sight of the sea and the harbour inlet. The spa was top-notch, I highly recommend this option! I was delighted with the vegan menu, as it meant I didn't have to search for dining options elsewhere. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent all round service service. Parking is available at the property in a secure carpark. Beautiful sea views and relaxing bar area. Quick walk to the Harbour and town, although on a slight hill. "

"Superb location near Haytor on Dartmoor. Very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Lovely views over the garden and surrounding area from the restaurant. Excellent food in the restaurant but it was pricey. Excellent tasteful decor in the lounge which matched the moorland area very well. Recommended "

"Ignore the bad reviews. This is the second year running I’ve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful it’s cheaper than the other hotels in the area as it’s being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. "
