"A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. "The whole chalet smelt of mould, The bathroom was smelling discusting, The swimming pool was supposed to be heated but was not. the inside was covered in mould. The only good thing about yhe place was the people who worked in the reception office. "

"Great view from balcony, everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Really good as a base as the main harbour is a short walk away and the Breakwater cafe is even nearer. If you are looking for chic designer decorated rooms forget it, if you want a comfy sensible base with a very helpful owner then this is the place. Yes you can see the building is older in places but overall it represents excellent value for money and a great place to stay."
