"The lodge is very well equipped with lots of little extras like cooking oil, games, DVDs etc. The beds are very comfy and sleeps 5 people really well. The site is very quiet and has a kids play area. Easy to walk to East Soar and then to the coast path or to Overbeck Gardens & down to South Sands to catch the ferry to Salcombe. "

Everything is exceptional, the hotel, the setting, the food and the staff. They really made the stay fantastic as they went above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you have the best stay. "We had an amazing stay on East Soar Farm. The property was clean, comfortable and cosy, and was like a home from home. The log burner with an endless supply of logs was very welcome on the chilly nights.Our three young children had great fun spending time with the animals, including getting into the field with the newborn lambs and nursing them! Our children are desperate to return.The surroundings were beautiful, and there were a number of lovely walks along the coastal path, which was on the doorstep.Schalk and Marijke were wonderful hosts. Their communication before we arrived was extremely helpful and timely and they were readily available throughout our stay."
