"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. "This place is just wonderful. It is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable and homely. It is situated in a very quiet location and is only 10 minutes from the seaside at Paignton. It is ideally positioned to explore Torbay and the surrounding areas and allows you to escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside at the end of your day. "This is a beautiful property in a good area. Highly recommend. 15 minutes walk to town centre, harbour in front of building with lovely walk. Bedrooms are spacious, as well as all other areas of this large two floor flat. Would definitely return again."

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."
