They looked very uninspired and when they told us a particular beer wasn’t available you could hear the full stop at the end of the sentence. A warmer reception and an alternative suggestion would have made the rating a 5 out of 5. "

"This was a perfect place for us to stay in Auckland. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We got a very restful sleep. We had dinner at the Sky Tower, which is close enough to walk, but also near bus stops in case you would rather ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a Wooly's, so you can stop in and pick up a light breakfast or shack. "
