"Shoppes nearby, parking was accessible. No one was on site at check-in initially and that made the process difficult. I chose this place based on the fact that it had a pool, but the pool was covered, though the weather supported an open pool. The shower leaked very bad and water was all over the floor. I left early because of this fact. "

"The room was great once we got there but definitely wouldn’t have been happy to pay extra for the upgrade if that was it. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we went up to get our massage that we had rebooked during the week while we waited only to find that they hadn’t booked it so we had to wait 3 hours to get another appointment. The staff at the pool where rarely there so we were only able to enjoy 3 cocktails in the 3 hours we were there"

"Clean and great location. Wifi was slow, but worked. No restaurant on site, but plenty within walking distance. Would definitely again."

"Great Hotel, we had no of the newly refurbished rooms and it was lovely, beds super comfy. Approx. 15 min walk to the Viaduct, restaurant area or a $10 Uber ride. "

"The “villa” I booked has rotting siding, two of the doors have broken cracked glass that is patched with a tinted sticky cover. Most of the blinds are not operational and definitely are a chocking hazard for young children.one sliding door slid open but we could not close easily and another we could not keep locked so my son could not get out. The whole place was concerning. "

"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern. "
