"There was an issue with the patio doors in ny room. Maintenance couldn't fix it during my stay, and I only had the option to switch to another room. It'll be a hassle for me. So, I decided to stay. Due to the inconvenience, the front desk waived the parking charges during my stay which I really appreciate it. Great customer service!"
