"This was an adorable little place to stay! The only bad things are 1) parking is extra if there are no open spots up front which isn’t disclosed 2) there is a $66 dollar charge they add that isn’t included on Expedia. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They also sent a ton of texts with notifications and also the property manager texting for updates way too often it felt like they were overwhelming. "

"The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!"

"So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work...
