Booked somewhat last minute(within 10 days) & the only king bed available was in the tower. Little did we know that we had booked a very old room, didn't feel very clean& there was a smell when we arrived. We had a balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood& beach, but there was nothing that made us want to enjoy the room at any point. If you want to enjoy the pool with a drink you have to be there between 12-5, nothing after that, not even music. We headed out to the downtown restaurant boardwalk area that's just down the street, lucky for them!
The Catamaran restaurant website allowed us to book for Sunday brunch at 1130, when we arrived & were seated they said breakfast was over& they hadn't served brunch since the beginning of Covid -_-. We ordered a $16 plate of 3 crabcake balls & left for a more appetizing option at liberty market. At night the restaurant closes at 9p& there are no entertainment alternatives. One waitress saw my husband and I lingering by the fire pit (they were about to turn it off)& offered to take our drink order so that was nice. Not particularly cheap so that's not a bonus for this resort, if you take your chances definitely bring BYOB & plan plenty of alternate activities, I recommend Triton charters for a sunset Catamaran ride!
