Was fun for the whole family!

The lagoon by the lobby was very dirty need some cleaning.

Very good location walked to restaurants nearby and to see the sea lions up the coast. Great view of ocean.

The Overall resort was nice, but the TVs in my room was broken and the remote the tub was very small in my room that I paid upgrade fee for to get. They charge you for Parking per night you’re there.

Upon checking in for our 3 night stay, I was informed that my reservation for 2 Queen beds, with Marina view, was not available but I was offeres an upgrade to a lanai with king bed. I asked why my reservation was not available for the Marina view as I booked it over a month in advance. The young employee said they sold out but they offered me a Jr Suite. Well, it was our 35th wedding anniversary and I was greatly disappointed as we were at The Bay and I wanted the Marina view that I reserved The now irritated young employee spoke to her mamager and they found us a Marina View room... the room was located in an older building. The view was beautiful but the room smelled strongly of MOLD. Someone's bathing suit and shorts/dress were still in the closet!!! I was very disappounted in the musty, not pristine room. I suffered a terrible 3 hr long asthma attack that night and . following morning I asked to change rooms and they put us in the jr suite...in the new building with king bed/water/bridge view. The jr suite is lovely. Pristine, lots of extras. If you stay here, be aware that there are old buildings and newer ones. The new building is excellent. The Firefly restaurant was nice for drinks before bed. Buffet is convenient but bland for $35 per person. Staff at the restaurant are super friendly. I will not stay at this hotel in the future for the sole reason they sold my reservation to someone else, and my asthma attack in awful room.
