"I booked an accessible room. I have no idea how the room i stayed in could ever have been considered accessible. The room was way too small for easy manoeuvring of a wheelchair and there was a step up to the tiny bathroom. There were no grab rails or other accessible assistants in the room. Also, there were loafs of ants in my room. Before i checked in, i got a message saying my card payment had failed and my booking would be cancelled. That was very stressful and a bit of an overreaction. On the plus side, staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and in a decent location."

"Found it eventually (as the front door was in between shops) Had a little trouble getting in as you get given a code to enter But after that it was awesome, Only a 5 min walk to the event I was going to, Great shower comfortable bed massive tv tea & coffee very clean, I would definitely stay there again."
