"Guided to our room, given no information other than the key. No fridge, no ice, no waters, nor information on how to check out. Found multiple hairs in the sheets, and a dead bug. The shower doesn’t drain at all…water got all over the bathroom. The bar downstairs also no longer serves food. I would not recommend staying here. "

"Very nice if you book the superior room which comes with an en-suite but the night of my stay there was no hot water coming through the shower. Decor was lovely quality of the linen in the room was very nice too."
