"Convenient but very limited parking considering we chose this hotel because they had parking. We were going to stay a couple more nights at this hotel the next week and asked them to store our bags until we returned. They would for a per bag per day fee. First time I encountered this in a hotel in NZ. Needless to say, we opted to haul around our extra bags. "

"We arrived as it was raining. The receptionist told us the guest parking was full- not sure how since we were guests. She also said the bottle of wine tha came with would be in our room- it wasn’t and we had to call for it. We were put in the conference room floor which was fine, but there is not a sign to even point in the direction of the guest rooms until you walk all the way down past the conference rooms. "

"Location is great. A very short walk to many restaurants, shops, and hikes! Breakfast buffet is not worth the $35pp. Staff is very helpful."
