"We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. We would definitely...

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. The apartment was well layed out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The addition of bag storage was a small but very helpful extra. We were offered early check that really helped.
