"Arrived in the evening, and had advised them upon booking that this was for my wedding. When we arrived there was no aircon, despite adding it to my booking informtaion, requests, and paying for it. We had to wait for the staff to arrive ans being us a remote for the heat pump. We had no water for the first 2 hours in our unit and had to answer the door multiple times to staff while they tried to figure it out, so we couldnt shower etc. The most disappointing thing was the layout, i...

"Just so beautiful here....and I love that you can just walk outside and snorkel with tropical fish. Rick is just awesome! We forgot some stuff at the villa and I couldn't believe that he drove all the way to the airport to give it to us! That is the kind of person he is, just the best. He is also a super interesting person 😂. We even received bananas and ate guava from his garden. Awesome, relaxing place....and it has wifi. "

"What a fantastic getaway, David's little cabin is incredible, to be honest, the photos don't do it any justice, it's such a nice cosy little spot. Sit out on the deck, and crack a cold beer or enjoy a wine with amazing views. So close to Kangaroo valley town as well. Will be back."

"Due to a VRBO host cancelling our booking (after we had arrived!) we had to scramble to find last minute accommodation, however there didn't appear to be accommodation left, especially at 5pm the afternoon. We managed to get a booking with Toowong Villas and they were excellent. They were understanding and ensured we got the right accommodation and were attentive to our predicament. This is why I gave them a 5 star rating and would definitely recommend them. "

"This accomodation is somewhat faded. Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. Finding someone at reception was tricky too, and it would be good with a mobile number was on clear display at the front desk."
