A bit dated and worn (threadbare armchairs), belying the photos online, with a very minimally equipped kitchen (great microwave with crisping feature though!). But, the front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive and quickly fixed any deficiencies. We were disappointed to find out on arrival that the AC was out of order (a long-standing problem about which we could have been notified to allow a decision to relocate), however a fan was provided, and with a balcony door and windows that opened the room temperature was comfortable. Location was great - a half hour walk to the Viaduct Quay and Ferry Terminal in one direction, and the Auckland Domain in the other, with a huge selection of shops and restaurants along both routes. Overall: clean, safe, very spacious room, conveniently located, and excellent value for the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Good value for money Aircon was broken during stay which was disappointing as we were only told on arrival. Tried to leave windows open to cool room however people yelling on the street outside made this impossible overnight. Asked staff to reimburse price of parking and they obliged which seemed a fair compromise. Poor communication to start but good customer service.

It was lovely to have doors and windows that opened to the outside. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and having laundry in unit was great. The size of the room was excellent. Only downside was that the climate control was not working. Fortunately due to the cool overnights, this was not an issue but it did get warm during the day. It was nice having on site parking but some of the turns were VERY tight.

Clean, tidy room, beds comfortable and rooms were spacious Carpark, needs maintenance. Carparks are numbered but the paint is peeling which makes them hard to read. Access to basement is very tight and is only suitable for small cars to access.
