"I have nothing bad to say except for the rooms. The design is so inconvenient and dumb. Bathroom and shower doors are made of glass. They are basically in the room, no separate bathroom area with a wooden door. Everyone can hear and smell your business. No hooks, so I didn’t even know where to hang my towels and clothes. Linens were slightly smelly and had some stains and holes here and there. Towels were hard and did not dry well. AC temp regulation was very poor. I pressed on low fan but it was blowing harder. It was very cold so I had to turn the AC off a lot. Also there is a sofa bed in the room so if someone sleeps there the AC will blow hard on them, anyways I was dreading coming back into the room, I was ready to sleep in the lobby on their comfy sofas! I have really nothing bad to say about the outdoor area. Bathrooms are better than in the rooms and are very clean! There are so many seating areas and lots of bars and restaurants. Everything looks pretty and delicious. Pools and beach are very clean, and there are lots of shaded areas so you won’t burn, unless you are in the water all the time. Entertainers are superb! I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Don’t forget to tip! These people work really hard! Bottom line, rooms need to be renovated asap! If that happens I’ll definitely come back! If you don’t care about where you shower and sleep then this place will be heaven for you."

"The rooms are a little dated, we had issues with ALL the electrical plugs in our room not working (very loose, worn out)They did send someone who repaired/replaced 2 of them.property needs an update, bed was pretty hard. Pool area is great, very large, service around the pool was little to none ( yes,we tip good but just seemed like very few workers). The variety of A la Carte restaurants are decent. we did reservations on APP before coming with no issues, buffet was great for lunch and dinner. The pool bar snack shack was Ok if you want a hamburger or hotdog everyday. The whole complex is VERY Large. Have to take trams everywhere unless you want to walk a long ways. We did a ton of walking.There is a village of shops nearby with all the souveneirs you could ever want. You can haggle a bit on prices. Bring your own sunscreen as it is outrageous to buy at resort $50 a bottle for name brand."

"The grounds are pretty but this hotel is dated. The AC didn't work at all, only one outlet in the room worked and the food wasn't good. Also they should have golf carts or something to transport ppl from one end to the other. It's soo big and I have a bad knee so maneuvering the property was difficult"

"We stayed with my husband for 5 days, and it was a wonderful time to relax. The resort and rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiters were especially amazing and attentive. There is also a coffee shop on the property, which was very convenient. The huge pool accommodates many guests comfortably. And the beautiful flamingo living at the resort was truly the cherry on top. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!"

"The staff - in particular, Luis Acosta & Manuel Lopez. Absolutely fantastic. They ensured we had a smooth check in and week at the resort. They made sure we had all our dinners booked in early in our trip and gave us restaurant recommendations so that we had the best time. Restaurants - highly recommend Yurta (Mongolian), El Olivo (Mediterranean) and M.E.A.T. (Steakhouse). These were our favourite of the 6 restaurants we tried. The buffets were all good but the beachside one was a bit smaller so had limited options compared to the main buffet. Drinks - the bartenders were all very generous with their pour and all the drinks were very well balanced. We loved most of the welcome cocktails. ‘Matum’ in particular was fantastic. Room - the room was comfortably sized and considering we weren’t spending much time in the room anyway, it was perfectly fine. There were no elevators in the buildings so the staff had to lug our suitcases up and down stairs. Beach - wow! The beach was fantastic. Water was warm and the sand was clean. There was some seaweed some days but overall very clean. Sand was very soft too! The waves weren’t as big as we were used to (being from Australia) but it was big enough to enjoy."

"A/C didn’t work practically at all in 2 of the 3 rooms. Fan was noisy. All that was reported, they did nothing to fix it or change rooms. Restaurants à la carte were very difficult to get. Nautical included attractions, were full but the staff suggested to talk to guy to make an opening, so was it full or not? I saw at least two catamarans sitting on the sad for quite sometime, which tells me they were not reserved. "
