"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. "I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel."

"We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...

"La estadía fue de 3 noches.. muy callado en las noches..el Servicio al Cliente (JULIAN) fue espectacular por el día no habian muchas actividades.. en las noches habia una discoteca de 11pm a 2am donde ponian todo tipo de música, antes de esto habian unos Shows en el teatro.. empezaban a las 6pm ... la playa por la época habia mucho salgazo(seaweed) pero todo se paso en general muy bien...!!"
