"Our stay at Grand Bavaro Princess was truly memorable—very close to a perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained the entire resort is. The grounds are beautifully kept, and everything feels organized and relaxing. What really stood out was the staff—they consistently greeted us with a warm “Hola” and were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The beach is absolutely stunning, with pristine white sand and clear water that makes it hard to leave. The pools are just as enjoyable—spacious, clean, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. Being an all-inclusive resort, it really delivers on value. Drinks are freely available, and there’s always something to enjoy without worrying about extra costs. The daily shows at the theater were a great bonus—entertaining for both kids and adults, and something we looked forward to each evening. There’s even a casino on-site if you want a bit more excitement. The only extras we noticed were for premium dishes like lobster, but that’s understandable. Aside from that, almost everything is included, which made the experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, it felt like being on a cruise ship—but on land. Everything you need is right there, and you’re free to just relax and enjoy. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily return again."

"Very disappointed, stayed here years back and it was great, now a very bad experience. First day AC in room was not working, had to get a maintenance guy to look at it and after an hour of back and forth he got it working. Water was leaking from bathroom sink onto bathroom floor, most breakfast selection were served cold, no Egg station for breakfast, no fresh juice station for breakfast. ( All resort in that price range have that ). TV channels didn't work all the time, two remote controls for entertainment and only one really worked - the second was just for looks. I needed access to a computer to check an e mail and was told that they do not have a "Business Section" so no computers available ( In the whole Palladium Group not a single computer for guest access? ". Reserved dinner at La Lola Restaurant, had to wait over an hour for food to be served - Restaurant was not crazy busy- and no one came to apologize for the delay . At 5:30 Pm employees started clearing the pool area and closing the pool benches and turned the music off... Also the constant harassment to go attend the " Become part of the Palladium Family" where they try to sell you time shares. Property was not well maintained, old rooms For the price paid defiantly there are better options. "

"If you get a good deal this hotel its worth it. The pool, beach and bars are excellent. The rooms are dated and food is just ok. However if you are looking to spend a week at beautiful pools and the beach you will enjoy the hotel. Just know what you are getting and what you are giving up. My family with two kids 17 and 14 had a great time as they are not particular about food and don’t care about dated rooms."
