First class service and a very relaxing environment. Joan our stay manager was amazing and over the top accomidating! By the pool Delcia was over the top with customer service and attentiveness! Resort was very well maintained and clean! Booked three excursions and all went well and were well received by the whole family!

★★★★★ Excellent I had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Explore Legend. The resort was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of activities and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a great variety of food and amenities. I especially enjoyed the pools, beach, and overall family-friendly atmosphere. Everything made the vacation relaxing, fun, and memorable. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again! And not forgetting From the front desk, YOHANNA my favorite bartender, LEWIS and the other bartender forgot his name. But those three people were the most amazing.z

The pool area was very slippery, it was many of cockroaches all over the place especially in the buffet and the rooms need some renovation. Other than that my kids had a lot of fun and is so much fun to do. The music was amazing and stuff was great!

Resort was good, but service was excellent, they were just good. Food had a lot of variety , but the taste wasn’t excellent, just Ok. Bed Mattress was horrible, very uncomfortable. The beach theres nothing they can do, but full of seaweed. representative trying to get you to but the privilege membership get too annoying too. but, overall it was good, 8/10

This resort had everything a family could ask for, great size kids water park, multiple pools, excellent dinners (at restaurants we pre-reserved using their app), great spa services, and an amazing beach. The only drawback was the outdated rooms. The rooms were very roomy and could accommodate our family of 5 but everything was heavily outdated and the entire place needed a renovation from the floors to ceiling, to bathrooms, shower, and closets. I would definitely visit again if they renovated their guest rooms.
