My mother really enjoyed her stay. The hotel is clean, very beautiful, and well-kept. The delicious food, the variety of restaurants, and the comfortable rooms made for an incredible stay. What stood out the most was the hotel staff's service, the entertainment, and the activities. The entertainment team did an excellent job, always attentive, ready to help, and making sure guests felt welcome. My mother is taking home the best part of the Dominican Republic: the kindness of its people. We definitely want to come back next time as a family. thank you

Very beautiful and everyone always friendly.

Very clean property with great foliage. Beautiful buildings and beach area. Great walk through the mangroves. Nice pathways. Kids area was great for my son. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of animals to see at the resort: ducks, turtles, fish, iguanas, flamingoes, geese, peacocks and other birds as well. It also had a great coffee shop and ice cream store on site that was part of the all inclusive. Great family friendly resort with great service!

I had a mixed experience at Caribe Deluxe Princess. Nice environment and resort set up. People who like bars it would be nice because they are everywhere in the resort. Very nice lobby area. Middle of the resort has wild ducks, lizards and bird in the water and small forest, but this also creating a Mosquitoes and bugs. Many sleepiness night due to mosquitoes bites, have pictures attached. In the description it says 7 restaurants, in reality 2 open, 2 for are not included in the package and rest of them are closed. Beach is okay, see weeds everywhere. Terrible WiFi connection for free and paid user as well. Buffet food was okay but flies everywhere in the sitting area. Small carts takes people around the resorts and lobby area has ice cream shop, coffee shop and bar as well, I spend good amounts of time in the lobby.

I saw so many reviews about the food being bad so I was worried and let me assure you that was NOT our experience. There was always something to eat and it was delicious! We especially loved the tex mex and hibachi style restaurants. Drinks were great and the resort was clean and nice. We upgraded to VIP which makes things a little easier but not totally necessary. Would most definitely go back!

Clean room , service from staff was good. We didn’t get new clean towels after the lady was cleaning the room. Not enough towels for beach . No ladder in swimming pool. Buffet food was not great
