"Very organized, very friendly staff, quick and easy checkin and checkout. The room was clean and cleaned daily getting rid of all trash for us. Loved that there is a family mart attached to the property making late night snacks an easy grab. "

"Everything is digitized. If you are not familiar with the Japan system, it's harder for elders. It will be helpful to have printed booklet explaining all in English. One thing I didn't like - entry to spa is depend on the package you bought. Most hotel in Japan will provided without fee if you stay in the hotel... This is not the case here. Also, I saw 3-4 security guard up there, dealing with 2 females, looks like misunderstanding /communication issue. They happened to be black ladies, I thought it was embarrassing for them and they could handle better way..."

"It is a very nice ans clean hotel. I got one of the cheaper rooms, and because of that my room was rather small. Despite its small size it was easier to move around in than it first appeared. The bed was very comfortable had plenty of storage space for luggage underneath. It had a very nice bathroom and shower. The spa was very nice, and once Igot used to the cultural aspects of it, I was visiting it every day. The location is fantastic and is right by several important stores for any tourist like a family market, 7-11 and of course Don Quiote. It is also a short walk to several different stations. The one flaw is that there is often crowding around the washing and drying machines, but there is a 24 hour laundromat next door. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much."

"We had a fantastic stay from start to finish at Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku! The staff was welcoming, the room (although small like most hotel rooms in Japan), it was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa—spacious, modern, and a true highlight. The view was just as incredible, making every morning and evening special. Would definitely stay again!"
