We booked a moderate size room but when we got there, the room was too small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, so we upgraded to a larger room which was great, with a balcony overlooking the gardens. "It was great and we'll stay there again. Some minor issues, sink drain was a bit plugged so it drained very slowly, shower floor (fiberglass) creaked a lot when standing on it, and coffee and tea in the lobby was only available from 3-10pm. Very nice area and easy short walk to Tokyo station. Walkable to the famous Ginza and to the palace gardens."
