"Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Roppongi, it's very close to the bars/clubs. Only a 15 min walk to Tokyo Tower. As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel easily. They have laundry services on the second floor as well. Lastly, the room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler."

"The hotel is generally good, but the Deluxe room is misrepresented on Expedia. Got 2 rooms on 3rd and 4th floor. Payed extra for room size and City View but actually got a street view. Management changed us on the second day to a higher floor, but changing is always a hassle. Room size represented as 380 sqft is actually 15% less. The area is in a night club spot, not optimal for families at night. There’s an excellent coffee house across the street, good for breakfast, and is close to Shibuya and Harajuku with good shops and restaurants "

"Everything was great but room was very small, but that is normal for most all Japanese hotels. There is also an area on the street from the back of the hotel with many men from Africa trying to get people into bars and men into spas for scams and illegal activities, I also noticed this in Shinjuku, just be aware of your surroundings but Japan/Tokyo in general is very safe and clean"
